- Balance sheet - shows the status of your business at the end of the month
- Summary of the last twelve months results revenues and expenses
- Comparison of current year to prior year results
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger transaction list for the current month

Timely Preparation of all Payroll and Sales Tax Returns |

You will have peace of mind knowing that all your payroll tax and sales tax returns
will be correct and filed on time saving you money in potential penalities and interest
for late filing. These include Forms 941, 940, W-2s, 1099's, Texas Workforce Commission
Form C-3 and the Texas Sales and Use Tax Return.

We will be happy to answer any tax or accounting questions that you may have. You may call us,
E-Mail us or come into our office for a visit. We do not charge extra for these consultations
because we want to encourage communication between us, save you money and help you succeed.

Tax Planning and Preparation |

We encourage each of our small business clients to meet with us each fall to estimate
their tax liability to avoid a surprise on April 15th. In addition, our package includes
preparation of the following:
- Business Tax Return - Schedule C
- Self-Employment Tax - Social Security
- Estimated Income Tax

Pick Up and Delivery of Your Accounting Records |

We will visit your office each month to pick up your accounting records and deliver
the prior month's financial statements. If you need your financial statement sooner,
we offer ten-day turn around service for a small additional charge. .
