Bob MacFarlane has over 45 years of diversified accounting, auditing and computer systems experience with clients in the energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, food distribution, funeral service, insurance, trust administration, real estate, mortgage, retail, wholesale, non-profit, education, banking businesses and churches. His experience also includes the design, development, and implementation of custom computerized applications that improve operational efficiency and productivity. In addition, he has experience as an adjunct instructor of computer information technology at Lonestar College – North Harris.
Bob earned a BBA degree in Accounting and Computer Systems from Pace University in New York. He also earned a Masters degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. In addition, he is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Bob received his CPA Certificate in Texas in 1978 and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Linda MacFarlane has over 40 years of diversified accounting and consulting experience with clients in health care, banking, maritime, energy trading, insurance, retail, wholesale and manufacturing businesses. Her extensive accounting experience includes senior management, controllership and treasury responsibilities, internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews.
Linda earned a BA degree, cum laude, in Business Administration and French from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and a MBA degree in International Business from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Business in Arizona. She received her CPA Certificate in Texas in 1987 and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, she is a Dave Ramsey Preferred Financial Coach.

Michael J. MacFarlane, MBA, EA
Michael has over 30 years diversified business and accounting experience in residential real estate, retail management and non-profit organizations.
Michael received a BS degree in accounting from the University of Houston Clear Lake; he also received an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He is an Enrolled Agent and is authorized by the IRS to represent clients regarding their tax matters. Michael is qualified to take the CPA exam in Texas and is pursuing this certification; having passed several parts of the CPA exam. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and is certified in the XERO accounting software.
